How do I determine my best size and fit?

We measure using inches of bust, waist, hips, and length measurements. Check out our Size Guide to find your size, or email us with any specific questions at contact@azurwa.com.

When will my order ship and how do I check the status?

Orders are processed within 3-5  business days. Shipping will approximately take 7-10 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you made an error on your order, it is best to immediately email us at contact@azurwa.com to request an order cancellation, and then place a new order with the correct items. Unfortunately, once we’ve processed and/or shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

Why is my order delayed?

We process orders as soon as possible (typically between 3-5 business days). However, on rare occasions, such as a holiday, it may take a bit longer. Once an order ships from our location, we do not have control over the delivery time.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Returns

If you wish to return an item, it must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it. Your returned item must be in the original packaging and needs to include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If applicable, the original shipping cost incurred to send the item to you will be deducted from your refund. The number of days for refund depends on your card issuer’s policies. 

Shipping Costs on Return Items

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non­refundable.
